Ingredients:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped peanuts optional
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture
Add whole milk and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined
If desired, mix in chopped peanuts for extra crunch
Pour mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours
